Talk about downright gorgeous! Have you ever seen anything as unusual as this wonderful walnut sideboard, complete with padded leatherette cupboard doors?
It comes complete with it's original sales receipt from Court Bros. Furnishers Ltd est.1850 dated 13th May 1966.
This elegant piece is still in excellent condition, even the gold binding to the edges of the cupboard doors is still fully intact and as good as new - someone has taken great care with it over the years.
It measures 5ft long, with 3 useful drawers centered between 2 shelved cupboards.
If you are looking for a classic 60's design statement for your home you can't go far wrong with this at only £65!

We have a great range of different style and period dressers & display units in stock at the moment, but this one definately stands out from the crowd.
As this unit is solid wood it comes in two pieces for ease of movement:
The display top has been specifically designed for displaying plates and cups with a purpose made sill and beading to hold the plates in place and screw-in cup hooks for hanging cups & small jugs.
The bottom part of the dresser is deeper than the top half; creating a work surface area or further display space for larger items. There are also two good sized, deep drawers for cutlery and kitchen nic-naks and open storage space for classic mixing bowls and pots.
With the wavy trim cut into the top plinth and framing the lower open storage area, it creates a pretty picture on a practical utility unit.

Part of the 'Old Charm' range it has since been 'distressed' with a rich cream colour paint finish to adapt it to a more modern interior. All the hinges and door fittings must have been removed during painting as they are all very clean and neat against the new colour.
The top two glazed cupboards offer plenty of display space away from everyday dust for your precious treasures and niknaks; with a glass shelf fitted mid-way in each.
The doors to the base cupboard have a pretty engraving on them and also contain a wooden shelf.

Starting at the top of the unit there is sliding glass doors with a polka dot frosted pattern embossed onto them, behind which there is shelving.
Then there are 3 shallow drawers ideal for knives, forks and spoons etc.

On the left, the up 'n' over roller door cupboard also has a shelf inside.
