When will my donation be collected?
You will be phoned on the morning of your collection day and you will be given a 3-hour time slot, e.g. 11am-2pm.

Where do I take donations?
Please take any donations to RE:STORE our warehouse and workshop facility
Or you can take them to one of 8 CA (Civic Amenity) Sites around Cornwall. Find your local CA site here.

I can't drop off my donation, do you collect?
Yes we do offer a collection service for items, if you are outside of the Bodmin area we would ask that you have three items or more. Head over to our How to donate page for full details on how to arrange a collection.

Why don’t you take televisions any more?
Unfortunately we don’t have a television technician who is able to test them properly and therefore would not be able to sell them on.

Do you make loads of money from my stuff?
No! We sell on all goods at very reasonable prices to provide the local community with high quality - low cost furniture. RE:SOURCE is a social enterprise and that means any profit we do make is reinvested into the company enabling us to further support the community and help the environment.
